While these developments are welcome, thecurrent trajectory on climate action is stillinsufficient. Abiding by existing policies and
strategies only serves to maintain a status quo thatis harmful to our planet.
Asia represents the world’s biggest opportunityto make tangible change. The size of Asianpopulations and economies, together with theregion’s enormous growth potential, offers greatupsides for climate action.
