Digital transformation, automation,andglobalization are reshaping the labormarket and creating an unprecedented need for reskilling and upskilling.Generative Al intensifies this urgency’posing a threatto a newclass ofknowledge workers. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Reportpredicts that over 60% of workers will needretraining between nowand 2027,but only half of these workers have accessto adequate training opportunities.2
Publicand private sector leaders must work togetherto respond to newworkforce needs at the speed and scale demanded byour changing world.Governments and higher education institutions need to offer workforcedevelopment and academic programs that address job dislocation and
